Wang Shihong, studio: love-moon room,hold-stone room, he is the member of China calligraphist association. He graduated from Beijing Steel College, now is the senior engineer of Tangshan Steel Company, He is admired for his greet achievement by amateurism efforts. Shihong learned paternal teaching and influence from a child. He revels in classical literature andinscriptions, painting and calligraphy. He learned calligraphy of Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gong-quan style,running hand and grass style of double Mr.Wang, copied the famous rubbing from a stone inscription of Jin-Tang dynasty all over,formed his own calligraphy style.He gained mastery of many seal character by copy from many predecessors such as Li Yang Bing,Wu Chang Shuo, Deng Shi Ru and etc. He studies the collection of impressions of seale of ancient and modern carefully. As to his stamps, the big one is like the cup, and the small one is like chestnut. His seal character is various, his art of composition is not only from one sect, not stick to one pattern with different vigor and manner. He created 《Classical Literature elaborate works seal cutting》. He such as Zhao Pu Chu, Shu Tong, Wen Hai Sha and Qi Gong acclaim as the peak of perfection and boundless beneficence, which also is praised to be the national treasure and elegance of world. He ever got the 20' century international art famous professor' achievement great award and sliver award, also got the century and collected by the people's great hall and some personages of overseas literati, business and art circles.
Shihong went through all kinds of hardships in his youth. Although full of frustration, he could struggle hard with great concentration to be absorbed and desirous to do better every year,finally he got the great undertaking. His achievement and spirit all can fell it a great relief to all his life. My style of writing does not reach hard to make preface for him, over here, only to show my zealousness to him. |
